March is Mine Birthday’s Month. Friday is Free Day. As its’ my weekly off day in office. March Welcomes the spring with a glance.

In this very windy and sunny day I’d planned to visit the national museum in Chhauni . It was my mistake that I didn’t go through the calendar as it was the Day of Women, International Women’s Day. Government has given Public holiday. I’d forgotten the holiday.

After the lunch I and my roommate Bikas prepared to go out to enjoy Friday. As mentioned above its our Misfortune that National Museum was closed. We planned to go to Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square and see the Basantapur Palace.

At 1Pm we reached our Destination. The Hanuman Dhoka, World Heritage Site. It is one of the ionic Heritage of Nepal and its History. Hanuman Dhoka used to be the royal residence of Nepali Kings in the Past.

We roam the premises of the world Heritage Site. Too crowd. All were Strangers for us. Nobody knows us and we Too don’t know them. Eating the Grapes in a hand and carrying a Plastic Bag in the other hand in crowd of Hanuman Dhoka was a news experience. Enjoyed that very moment.

Teenager’s , the Tourists, Couples, crowd and the pigeons added some sweets in the areas. Dust and waste was awkward.

We bought two tickets to enter the museum of Hanuman Dhoka Palace Museum.

On entering the museum premises the then Royal Kings’ Photos were exhibited. I enjoyed the beauty of Nasal chowk of Hanuman Dhoka palace Museum. We didn’t get chance to enter whole palace due to reconstruction after the massive earthquake of 2015. The Palace was badly destroyed by the Earthquake.

In the museum we can see the History of Palace and the effect of Earthquake in photograph and the reconstruction activities.
